New Statement Cycle Dates
As part of our Going Green initiatives, all statements are now being issued at month end. However, in order to accommodate our Systems Upgrade, you will receive two statements during the month of November 2009. Please use the “21st Century Technology - Systems Upgrade” link at the top of this page for additional details. We will return to our normal month end, one statement cycle in December 2009. Thereafter each statement will reflect a full month of activity. We thank you for your patience while we implement our Systems Upgrade and Going Green initiatives.
Combined Statements
In the coming months, we will be consolidating multiple account statements into a single statement. Our Going Green initiatives are designed to save paper, time, money and the environment. If a combined statement represents an issue for you please contact your branch manager. Thank you for helping us to Go Green!
e-Statements
Our Greenest statement option! Since 2005, our customers have been enjoying the convenience of e-Statements. An e-Statement is simply the electronic delivery of your banking statements. e-Statements are safe and secure and provide the greatest environmental benefit. Please contact your branch manager to enroll in e-Statements.
Online Bill Pay
Our Personal and Business Online Bill Pay is another outstanding Going Green option available to our customers. Online Bill Pay saves you time and money while protecting our environment. This important Going Green initiative when combined with e-Statements produces the greatest positive environmental impact.

In addition to saving you time and money, for every 1000 customers using e-Statements and Online Bill Pay, we estimate the following annual Environmental Savings:
- 60,000 gallons of water
- 4,000 gallons of gasoline
- 150,000 pounds of green house gases
- 20,000 square feet of rain forest
- 6,000 pounds of paper
